Easy Returns & Exchanges

Infinity Strap strives to provide exceptional customer service. We accept returns or exchanges up to 60 days from the date of purchase for all products (excluding our E-Book and damaged products).

Refunds will be issued to the original credit card used for purchase. We are unable to refund initial shipping fees and return shipping costs.

Duties, Customs and VAT
Some international orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes, depending on value, weight, size and destination. We have no influence on how other countries process these charges.
